HOA Management Services

As both a licensed Montana Property Manager and Montana attorney, I offer Homeowners Associations not only the usual financial, administrative, and property operations/management services, but also legal services to help keep your HOA out of trouble and out of court.  This sets me apart from all other HOA management companies.


Legal

  • Provide an agreed upon number of hours of legal consultation, research, and representation each contract term

Administrative

  • Maintain HOA files and records
  • Prepare and send meeting notices, agendas, and minutes
  • Attend all regular Board meetings and annual meetings
  • Serve as Board member or committee member if the Board requires and the HOA Bylaws allow
  • Prepare and distribute community newsletter and other communications to the homeowners

Financial

  • Collect assessments and other income
  • Maintain homeowner and HOA ledgers
  • Maintain bank accounts
  • Prepare financial statements and recommend budgets

Operations

  • Inspect property as needed and as allowed by U.S. and Montana law, respecting the property rights of the property owners
  • Develop annual preventative maintenance schedule
  • Negotiate maintenance/repair contracts with vendors
  • Supervise work of vendors
  • Provide periodic reports to HOA Board
